Mission ControlPrivacy Policy

Mission Control (“the Service”) is an internal administration platform operated by ChAImp (“ChAImp,” “we,” “us”) to provision and manage tenants, billing, and support for ChAImp’s software products. This policy explains what information the Service processes and how it is handled. The Service is restricted to authorized ChAImp administrators.
Information we process
- Administrator identity. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile identifier from Google to authenticate you and enforce access controls. We do not receive your Google password.
- Operational records. Product, plan, tenant, billing, and provisioning records that administrators create or manage through the Service.
- Technical logs. Standard request and audit logs used to operate and secure the Service.
How we use information
- To authenticate administrators and authorize access.
- To provision and manage customer tenants and subscriptions across ChAImp products.
- To process billing through our payment processor and provide support.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
The Service relies on the following processors, each under their own terms and privacy policies:
- Google — authentication (Sign in with Google).
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
- Neon — database hosting.
- Vercel — application hosting.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. Google user data is used solely to provide sign-in and is not shared with third parties except as needed to operate the Service.
Data retention
We retain operational and account data for as long as needed to operate the Service and to meet legal, accounting, and security requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Security
Access is limited to authorized administrators over encrypted connections. Databases enforce row-level security and tenant isolation, and secrets are stored outside of source code.
