Terms of Service

Effective July 11, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Mission Control (“the Service”), an internal administration platform operated by ChAImp (“ChAImp,” “we,” “us”). By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Authorized use

The Service is provided solely for authorized ChAImp administrators to provision and manage products, tenants, billing, and support. Access is granted at ChAImp’s discretion and may be revoked at any time. You must keep your credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to use.
Do not interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity or security of the Service.
Use the Service only for legitimate ChAImp business purposes and in compliance with law.

Billing

Billing operations performed through the Service are processed by our payment processor, Stripe, subject to Stripe’s terms. Actions taken in the Service (such as creating or changing subscriptions) may result in charges to the applicable customer accounts.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Google, Stripe, Neon, and Vercel. Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective providers’ terms.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChAImp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
